We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings.
The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Cash (in person), certified check, bank transfers, or 3rd-party financing.
Sales tax applies to Illinois residence. Effective Feb. 1, 2005, the State of Illinois requires us to collect Sales Taxes for vehicles that will be titled in the following states with their appropriate tax rates: AZ 5.6%, CA 6.25%, FL 6.0%, IN 6.0%, MA 5.0%, MI 6.0%, SC 5.0%. Please be advised that you will need to pay the necessary taxes when making payment for your purchase. The list of states and their corresponding rates may change in the future as dictated by the State of Illinois. All sales are subject to a $40 documentary fee and a $99 dealer service Fee. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
